With reference to the Calendar of main corporate activities for the year 2010, issued on December 2, 2009, please be informed that the Board Meeting to approve first half 2010 report was anticipated from 21 to 20 July.

Please find below the updated Calendar:
- February 24 – Board Meeting to approve the draft full-year financial statements as of December 31, 2009;
- April 21 - Board Meeting to approve first quarter 2010 report;
- April 21 - 22 (first and second sessions) - Shareholders’ meeting to approve full-year 2009 financial statements;
- July 20 - Board Meeting to approve first half 2010 report;
- October 20 - Board Meeting to approve the report as of 30 September 2010.

Should there be further changes to the above dates, these will be timely communicated to the market.
